The HBKU Scholarship in Qatar is my favorite because it's fully funded and easy to get. You can now apply for the 2024 Hamad Bin Khalifa University Scholarship, which covers Bachelors, Masters, PhD, and Law degrees. Both Qatari and international students can apply.

Hamad Bin Khalifa University is a public university in Doha, Qatar. They offer scholarships each year, but the number may change. To qualify, students need to first get accepted into a graduate program at the university. If you're admitted, they will give you more details about the scholarship.
